ATA (American Trans Air) - June, 2001

American Trans Air, most commonly known as ATA, was a low-cost operator with flights primarily centered at Chicago Midway and Indianapolis. Towards the end of its life, Southwest took an equity stake in the airline and the two code shared, giving Southwest customers seat availability to Honolulu for the first time.
